Delivery and Returns

Delivery

For now we deliver in Yerevan. After you order, we call you to agree the day and time, and bring the order to your address.

The delivery price is shown at checkout.

When you receive your order, check its condition, completeness and quantity. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us straight away or write to contact@lar.am.

Returns and exchanges

• Under Armenian law you may return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, as long as its appearance, properties, packaging and proof of purchase are kept.
• Items with individual specifications, and opened items covered by safety or hygiene rules, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For a faulty item, Armenia's consumer protection rules apply.

Warranty

Electronics and appliances come with the manufacturer's or the shop's warranty. The warranty card and terms come with the product (each product's warranty period is stated separately).
