Terms of Service

Welcome to Lar.am. This document sets out the legal terms for using our website and buying products from it.

By using the website, placing an order or using our services, you accept and agree to all of the terms below. Please read them carefully before you buy.

1. General

  1. These terms are a public offer between the online shop "Lar.am" and the Buyer (an individual or a company).
  2. The website's administration may change or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
  3. The Buyer agrees to check these terms for updates from time to time.

2. Registration and personal data

  1. To place an order, the Buyer may register or place a quick order by giving the necessary details (name, phone number, delivery address).
  2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they give.
  3. Lar.am keeps the Buyer's personal data confidential and uses it only to process and fulfil orders.

3. Prices and payment

  1. All prices on the website are in Armenian drams and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
  2. The Seller may change prices, but the price of an order already confirmed does not change.
  3. Payment is made on delivery, in cash or by bank card (POS terminal).

4. Delivery

  1. Delivery is made in Yerevan at the set rates, on a day and at a time agreed with the Buyer by phone.
  2. Delivery times may vary with the time of the order and the delivery address.
  3. On receiving the order, the Buyer must check its condition, completeness and quantity. Any damage must be reported to the courier at once, or to our team.

5. Returns and exchanges

  1. Under Armenian law, the Buyer may return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, as long as its appearance, properties, packaging and proof of purchase are kept.
  2. Items with individual specifications, and opened items covered by safety or hygiene rules, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. For an item of improper quality, the consumer protection rules of Armenian law apply.

6. Limitation of liability

  1. Lar.am is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or use of a product for purposes it was not made for.
  2. The website is not liable for delays or unavailability caused by technical failures, loss of internet connection or unlawful acts of third parties.
